We only process information needed for your wardrobe. Clothing, outfits, selfies and history are stored on-device and, after you connect iCloud, synced directly to your private Apple CloudKit database. We do not operate a server that stores wardrobe contents.
Apple sign-in requests only your name. Your identifier and name stay in the device Keychain; we do not collect email. Tags and assignments stay on-device and are excluded from device backup. No ads, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Weather uses the selected city’s center coordinates, without reading your precise location. Your device requests weather directly from Apple, which may process necessary network information. If weather is unavailable, you can set temperature and rain conditions manually.
Photos are processed on-device and source EXIF/GPS is removed. You choose when to export cards. Full JSON exports contain private photos and history; keep them safe. You can delete the account and app-managed content in the app.
Clothing recognition and photo preparation run on-device, without sending photos to recognition services. Both recognition modes work offline. Suggestions are applied only after you confirm them.
When you save an item, its suggested name, category, color, source and your choices are stored separately on this device. Original photos, selected regions and cutout layers also stay here and are excluded from iCloud sync and wardrobe exports.
Confirmed clothing details and display photos can still sync to private iCloud. Deleting an item removes its local recognition notes; deleting your account clears them all. These local notes cannot be restored on another device.
If you contact support by email, we process the email address, description and attachments you provide to reply and investigate. Do not send Apple passwords, verification codes or unnecessary private photos. Contact our privacy email to request deletion of support records.
When you visit public pages, hosting services may process IP addresses, browser information and necessary security logs to deliver and protect the site. VibeCloset pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts and do not accept wardrobe uploads.
Apple processes Local Pro purchases; we do not receive card details or payment passwords. The app verifies Apple-signed transactions and entitlements on-device for purchases, restoration and revocations. Purchase credentials are not included in wardrobe exports, private CloudKit or sent to our backend.
Journals support text and voice stories up to two minutes. Recording starts only when you choose. Audio is not transcribed or sent to recognition services; it stays with wear records on this device and your linked private iCloud. Full wardrobe exports include audio; shared images do not.
Cloud suggestions are requested when you tap Send and never start automatically in the background. If your identity credential has expired, verify again with Apple to continue that request. The backend does not persist your wardrobe or preferences; third-party services may process necessary information under their policies. Deleting or switching wardrobe accounts clears local preference notes.
When you send an outfit request, recent messages, available clothing descriptions, clothing traits you confirmed, candidate images, your selected city and weather, and preferences you explicitly confirmed are sent through Cloudflare to Alibaba Cloud Bailian.
No selfies, voice notes or precise location are sent. Suggestions use your own clothes. Chats stay out of private iCloud, wardrobe exports and shared images.
Style notes stay on this device, outside private iCloud and wardrobe exports. Relevant confirmed views are sent to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio only when you request cloud styling.
