VeriPic estimates whether an image has AI-generation signals. Scores, labels and heatmaps are probabilistic aids, can be wrong, and are not proof of authenticity, authorship or misconduct. Do not rely on them alone for consequential decisions.

Only select, submit or share content you have the right to use. You retain rights in your content. Do not use the service to infringe privacy, harass others, bypass limits, exploit backup codes or interfere with service security. A report card does not establish facts about a person.

Local scanning is available without cloud permission. Optional cloud scans depend on connectivity, service availability and free allowance or purchased credits. Credit packs are consumable Apple in-app purchases, not subscriptions; credits have no scheduled expiry. Prices and quantities are shown before purchase. Failed upstream scans are designed to return the allowance or credit; contact support if a balance appears incorrect.

Apple processes payments and refund requests. Refunded purchases remove the corresponding credits from the remaining balance. Restore Purchases retries unfinished transactions; finished consumable purchases alone cannot recover a lost anonymous account. Keep iCloud Keychain enabled or securely retain your backup code. Anyone holding the code can access the credits. Deleting the app or local history does not refund purchases or erase the cloud ledger. Refunds: open Settings > Purchases & refunds to view orders and use Apple’s form, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request or check a refund. If you disagree with a declined request, contact Apple Support at getsupport.apple.com with your order details. Apple makes the final decision. Only unused credits from the refunded order are removed; they are restored if Apple reverses the refund.

Service changes, connectivity and storage failures can affect availability. Keep copies of files you need. The Apple Standard EULA applies to the app license.
